The website

This website has no analytics, newsletter signup or checkout. Its small interactive field demo runs in your browser and resets when refreshed. The website is hosted on a GoDaddy VPS in the United States and uses Cloudflare for DNS, HTTPS delivery and protection. These providers process ordinary connection and request data to serve and protect the website. Application access logging is disabled at the origin; provider security processing may still occur.

The Free plugin

Content, definitions, recovery drafts and workflow records stay in the site's database. Local JSON sync writes to the configured directory. Search and editing requests go to the same WordPress site. Explore Pro uses labelled fictional examples. Optional contextual offers follow real supported tasks; hiding them stores a local display preference. Setup choices and diagnostic files/results stay on this site. Optional local workflow counts are off by default, store only supported completed-event counts by day for this administrator/site, and can be exported or cleared. Nothing is sent, and these counts do not measure paid conversion. External builders have their own privacy policies.

Local Pro workflows

Background jobs run on your WordPress server after explicit approval. Content transfer packages contain selected content and media; keep exported packages private. Uploading a package sends it only to the WordPress site you choose. Temporary review storage is private and expires; imported drafts and attachments use that site’s storage.

CSV and submission workflows

CSV inboxes, mappings and review records remain in your WordPress database. Public/member submission forms send entered values to the same site for private review. Site administrators choose whether to enable notifications to configured recipients through their own mail service. Configure a suitable notice on each form and manage retained entries from the private queue.

The optional Pro connection

The Updates & support screen displays its HTTPS destination and asks for separate consent. It sends the connection key, site URL and plugin version, then uses a scoped site token for subsequent requests. Manually creating a staging proof uses the same connection token, site URL and version. Pairing in Account also records the child URL and non-production declaration. Field definitions and content are not uploaded. Disconnect removes the local connection and attempts remote revocation; local tools keep working.

Commerce is not live. Seller details, final terms, tax and service-operation notices will be confirmed before any sale is offered.
